Notary Services

Notary Services are provided as a convenience to residents and the general public. Notaries are located at both the Pineville Town Hall at 200 Dover Street and Pineville Telephone and Electric located at 118 College Street. Services are provided during normal working hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Due to vacations, sick leave and lunch schedules, a notary may not be present when you arrive so you may wish to call prior to your arrival to be sure someone is available to assist you.  Notary fees are currently $3.00 per notary signature and can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
