  1. When do I have to pay a deposit, and how much is it?
    Deposits are required for all new customers. However if the new customer is a homeowner, the deposit is waived.  Electric deposits are returned upon termination of service.

         Residential (Rental Only) deposit - $125
         Business deposit -     $400
         Restaurant/Lounge - $1,000

     2.   How long will it take to have my power turned on?
           We can usually do same-day service on existing residences.

     3.   Can someone sign for me, so I don't have to pay a deposit?
           No, at this time we do not allow for guarantors.

     4.   What are the reconnect fees?
           Residential Reconnect -  $50.00
           Business Reconnect - Currently Under Review - TBD

     5.   What forms of payment do you accept?
           We currently accept cash, check, or money order for payment of  electric bills.                   
           We also offer online, credit card and bank draft as alternative payments for your convenience.

     6.   Who do I call for power outages?
           To report power outages or other problems call (704) 889-2292 during normal business
           hours.  After hours problems call (704) 889-2231.
