Yard Sales

If you plan to have a yard sale, Pineville does require that you get a permit prior to the day of the sale.  Permits are free of charge and can be obtained at Town Hall, 200 Dover Street, Mon -Fri, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Four yard sales per year are permitted (one per quarter) and a new permit must be obtained for each yard sale.  Yard sales are limited to one day only, with a provision for a rain date, and can be held between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  To download a copy of the Temporary Event/Yard Sale Permit and view information regarding yard sales, please click here.
